Her stitches, which were numbered around 85, are starting to come out now! Especially on the sides since that's where she turns her head and rubs it on things. I also included a picture of the side shot of her head shape. It's looking so good! She's doing great :).
I wish I could hug each and every one of you who have been praying for us all. You will never know how much peace that has brought to our lives. It has been amazing.
Thanks for starting this blog over here, Christie. I just shared with my husband and it was great for him as well. You are really doing a great thing :)

Hi Christie. My wife gave birth to our son just over 3 weeks ago and immediately the doctor noticed something not right with his head. A CT scan the next day confirmed sagittal craniosynostosis. We happened across your blog today and are very thankful for the details you provided. We have an appt with the neurosergeons at Primary Children's next week. Hope your little Bean is doing well. She sure looks great. Thank you again.

ReplyDeleteMatt, Stephanie, and Betsy, I would love to hear how the surgery goes for you little ones! I hope everything is going well with them otherwise and that your meetings with the surgeon go well. Matt and Stephanie, who will your surgeon be? Feel free to email me at dillonandchristie@gmail.com. Good luck!
